ACRALOCK® SA10-07AW is base methacrylate adhesives. These base adhesives are UV stabilized and when used at a 10:1 mix ratio with either our bright white activator ACT-6B WHT or ACT-1-5B OWT activators. When cured this adhesive can provide a white cured color that has resistance to the effects of UV exposure. These adhesive products also provide high shear strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites, plastics, and metals.

ACRALOCK® SA10-15AW is base methacrylate adhesives. ACRALOCK® SA10-05A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. The SA10-05A is used for 5 minute, using ACT-1B. ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-10A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. The SA10-10A is used for 10 minute, using ACT-1B. ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-20A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. SA10-20A can be used with faster or slower activators; ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-50A is high viscosity based methacrylate adhesives. Formulated to use with several activators and mixed at a ratio of 10:1, for bulk dispensing. SA10- 50A is used for a shorter working time. By choosing from four different strength activators, the user can more readily dial into a specific working time range for specific assembly application requirements. These products are designed with high gap filling capabilities and high strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-100A is high viscosity based methacrylate adhesives. Formulated to use with several activators and mixed at a ratio of 10:1, for bulk dispensing. SA10-100A is used for a longer working time. By choosing from four different strength activators, the user can more readily dial into a specific working time range for specific assembly application requirements. These products are designed with high gap filling capabilities and high strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® FA10-05A is flexible base methacrylate adhesives mixed at 10:1 ratio with an activator. The FA10-05A is used for 5-minute range. It is designed for best combination of low boiling tendencies, low exotherm, low shrinkage, and a high degree of flexibility with moderate strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® FA10-30A is flexible base methacrylate adhesives mixed at 10:1 ratio with an activator. The FA10-30A for 30 minute working time range. It is designed for best combination of low boiling tendencies, low exotherm, low shrinkage, and a high degree of flexibility with moderate strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA1-300A is a versatile single base methacrylate adhesive formulated to be used in a 1:1 mix using formulations SA1-305B NAT and SA1-315B NAT, or a faster SA1-303A and SA1-303B NAT combination. The 300 series are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics (see all notes on back).

ACRALOCK® SA1-500A is a single base methacrylate adhesive formulated to be used with 4 different activators. Used in 1:1 ratio; SA1-510B, SA1-530B, SA1-560B, or SA1-590B GRY activators will provide a very wide range of working time options and high gap filling capabilities. These products are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics.
