adaCAL B1 enhances the product's strength, opacity, whiteness, brightness, and viscosity adjustment (thixotropy) Because of these properties, it can be used in a variety of industries, including paint, plastic, paper, food, cosmetics, and rubber. When adaCAL is used in paint, hiding power is increased. The desired level of whiteness is achieved. The surface smoothness is improved. The desired brightness/opacity level is specified. Scrub resistance has been improved. Density is reduced. With the use of adaCAL in plastic, the impact strength of PVC profile products is improved (even at low temperatures)

    Uses

    Whiteness and brightness are increased Profile’s surface smoothness getting better Extrusion torques in production process are balanced. Reduces plasticization time by reducing dough temperature. Reduces friction during extrusion and extends machine life. When adaCAL B1 is used in rubber production it increases the flexibility and tensile strength and ensures surface smoothness. adaCAL B1 is used also in Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and Polyester products adaCAL B1 is used as a calcium source in food industry.
