- Usage of BioWet P 80 allows easy formulation of various Renders (Putze) for Silicone Resin containing, Emulsion based as well as Silicate containing. Renders of 0.5 mm up to 3 mm can easily be formulated. Various “basic” components are no longer needed – MASTERBATCH approach (separate brochure is available upon request).
- The unique dispersing properties of BioWet P 80 allow optimal uptake of tinting pastes.
- BioWet P 80 has optimized hydrophobic properties.
- BioWet P 80 allows reduction of production cycles up to 50%
- No additional coalescing solvents are needed.
- No alkaline additive (KOH or NH4OH) needed (buffered pH value of 8.8 – 9.0)
- Good drying profiles at high (> 30 °C) and low (5 °C) temperatures are obtained.
- No separate drying additive for low temperatures is needed.
- Usage of BioWet P 80 gives pinhole free systems.
