Applications
  • Outstandingly suitable as a heat transfer medium in closed heating or combined heating-cooling systems.
  • Use for a maximum flow temperature of +300°C and a maximum film temperature of +320°C.
  • Applicable wherever direct heating is not possible.
  • Particularly suitable for all applications where pressureless systems are preferred.
  • Excellent for gentle heating of sensitive and/or safe heating of hazardous materials.
  • Long-term use even under permanently high thermal loads

Hints:

  • To avoid oxidative damage to the heat transfer oil, the expansion tank should be pressurized with an inert gas, usually nitrogen.
  • At operating temperatures in the range of the flash point (see table overleaf) a nitrogen atmosphere is absolutely necessary!
  • Product compatibility must be observed when changing heat transfer fluids! Completely remove old product from the system and, if necessary, flush with new product to be filled.
