Application/Tools: Roller, brush
Cleaning tools: GR7, when the product is still fresh
Product Removal: LS CLEANER, when the product is still fresh
- Recommendation for Use
- Mix thoroughly, scraping the walls.
- Do not apply the product when it has already started to harden (gel aspect).
- Spread evenly
- Care must be taken because the reaction between A + B produces a lot of heat
- Do not apply in humid environments
- Place the product at 20° C before application
- Always use suitable individual protection systems
- Preparation of the Support
Always check the humidity of the substrate with suitable tools (max 3 - 4%). The substrate to be treated must be compact and free of detaching parts. Any surface defects, such as cracks or cracks, must be treated by mixing washed fine sand (not marine) with PRIMER HE. Always check for the presence of an adequate vapor barrier.
- Application
Ambient at 20 ° C before use. Mix the two components carefully (two parts of component A and one part of component B) with an electric mixer (scraping the walls well). Apply a coat of brush or roller in an abundant and homogeneous way.To ensure greater adhesion of the glues, spread a layer of fine and dry sand (not marine) on the last coat of PRIMER HE which is still fresh. After drying, before gluing, remove excess sand not anchored. The substrate must in any case be dry on the surface, clean and free from residues in general. Ambient temperature from 15 to 25 ° C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Note
Always make sure that there is an adequate vapor barrier. Prepare only the amount of primer needed, using only clean containers. The reaction develops heat. The greater the quantity of product that reacts, the higher the temperature developed and consequently the workability time decreases considerably. NB at 30 ° C ambient temperature (summer) we recommend catalyzing a maximum of 2 kg of component A with 1 kg of component B. The high ambient temperatures significantly reduce the time of use of the mixture for application (about 15 minutes).
