Through several moves and expansions, AR grew significantly, continuing to add new capabilities and technologies that enabled the company to address the unmet needs of new markets. Rapid growth led to facility expansions in the USA, South America (1980), Europe (1999) and Asia (2000). With our global headquarter in Glen Rock, PA and regional headquarter Limerick, Ireland, today the company’s facilities span over 250 acres, cover over 300,000+ square feet of development and manufacturing space and employ approximately 300 associates.</p>

ARclean

SoftWear® is polyurethane film coated with a medical grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, utilizing a polyester release liner.

SoftWear

AR’s proprietary ARflow® adhesive technologies reduce the surface tension of aqueous fluids (water, urine or blood), allowing for rapid flow from the inlet area to a remote reagent site within diagnostic and microfluidic devices. AR’s ARflow® hydrophilic surface technologies are available as pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs), heat-seals and coatings.

ARcare® double-coated spacer tapes are used to create capillary channels in diagnostic and biosensor devices for maintaining accurate sample volume and flow. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process coupled with in-line measurement gages ensures a tightly controlled overall tape thickness.

ARcare® 93439 is an e-beam and gamma sterilizable medical grade pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on a white nonwoven fabric. The adhesive is skin-friendly and designed for long-term wear applications.

Arseal™ 90697 is a clear polypropylene film coated with a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. This single-sided tape is protected by a clear PET release liner.

ARclear® 93495 is a 1.6 mil optically clear silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive coated between two fluorosilicone release liners.

ARcare® 93363 is a medical grade, skin-friendly, pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on a stretchable polyurethane nonwoven fabric. The adhesive side of the tape is protected by a clear polyester liner.

ARflow® 93049 is a thin and flexible plastic film coated on one side with a hydrophilic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The adhesive side of the tape is protected by a clear siliconized polyester release liner.

ARcare® 90445Q is a clear, thin and flexible plastic film coated on both sides with a medical grade pressure-sensitive adhesive. The double-faced tape is protected by a clear polyester release liner on both sides.

ARcare® 7717 is a single faced, white, closed cell, cross-linked EVA copolymer foam coated on one side with an aggressive medical grade pressure-sensitive adhesive. The release liner utilizes an 84# adhesive polycoated paper.
