Preventive Treatment - Employment class 3
The treatment is effected by surface application (automated pulverization, flow coating (deluge)) Temporary preventive treatment - Fresh cuts: The treatment is effected by surface application (short-term treatment) The treatment effect is immediate and optimal from the fixation stage The wood aspect is not altered by the treatment with the AXIL 2000 product AXIL 2000 is compatible with all types of finishes Well mix the product before application.
Preparation of the product ready for employment.
Type of treatment Consumption and AXIL 2000
Preventive treatment - Employment Class 3 10L AXIL 2000 + 90L water = 100L loan ready for employment (10% dilution in water) 120g / m2 of product ready for employment (15 L / m3)
Preventive treatment Temporary - Sciages strawberries 5L AXIL 2000 + 95L water = 100L loan ready for employment (5% dilution in water)
The product ready for employment is prepared by dilution in the water under gentle agitation. AXIL 2000 is miscible in all proportion with water and easily homogeneous. The concentration of the product ready for employment can be controlled with the aid of a refractometer. Do not hesitate to contact our technical and commercial service to obtain these values.
Material Cleaning
Rinse the material and equipment (product not secured) to the water.
Consumption
Preventive treatment: 120 g / m² is about 15L / m3 The consumption of the AXIL 2000 is data for the loan for employment and varies according to the essences, sections and the mode of application.

- Efficiency
Effective against
The basidiomycetes (cubic rot / mold (brown)) (eg Coniophora puteana, Gloeophyllum trabeum, Poria placenta) in preventive treatment of construction timber. Efficiency measures have been established in accordance with the standard EN599 (Sustainability of wood: Criteria for performance of preventive products from preserving wood from biological essays) in order to be able to guarantee a protection against wood against the risks of the class emploi 3 as defined in standard EN335, with the exception of standardized preventive efficacy tests: EN113 against basidiomycetes. These efficiency checks were carried out after the accelerated aging test EN73 (evaporation test) and / or EN84 (evaporation test) in order to guarantee the durability of the AXIL 2000 applied product.
Effective against
Fresh wood blossom mushrooms, measures, in temporary preventive treatment of fractures. The duration of protection, subject to continuous and without rehumification, does not exceed 6 months. Non curative product The performances of the AXIL 2000 were established from the standardized fungi efficiency test of temporary protection products of fresh leaves: XPCEN / TS15082 (champ essay).
- Secure Fixation
Fixation: 4 h after equestrian, under openings, in a remote environment. The treaty wood must have been added in addition to a trash can that harvests the liquid. The treated wood is considered to be equal to the wood no longer. Sealing time: from 24 to 48 h, in a ventilated atmosphere, under normal conditions (depending on the nature of the wood, its absorption capacity and atmospheric conditions). After treatment, the wood must be systematically placed at the beginning of the bad time for at least 24 hours and may not be exposed to bad meteorological conditions until it has reached the required humidity rate.
Temporary Preventive Treatment - Free Shifts: The debits made safe on the park do not have to be re-humidified during this period. The wood chips must be surmounted by appropriate and sound and aligned supports, if possible, perpendicular to the direction of dominant vents. The wood must be placed on the baguettes of wood and must be treated in advance with the mushrooms and a section corresponding to the flow of debris, in order to allow air circulation between the beds. Wood sachet on wood is not recommended. The part of the storage park must be draining in order to avoid stagnation of water, favorable for the development of mushrooms.
Safety & Health
- User Security
Read the information contained in the security data sheet. Use biocidal products with precaution. Before any use, read the label and information regarding the product. See also prudence advice in the context of product classification and labeling.
Manipulation
At all times, respect adequate hygiene standards. Avoid all contact with skin, eggs and clothing. Avoid inhaling vapors and brouillards. No eating, no drinking and no smoking and working. An appropriate individual protection equipment (EPI) is necessary (gloves, impermeable combination). The type of EPI to use is specified below. Any contact with the skin should be avoided in view of the allergenic potential of the product on the skin.
Individual protection equipment
Skin and body:Personnel must carry impermeable compounds that ensure a level of protection against strong contaminants that are resistant to the penetration of biocidal product through the material that composes the salopette, and must carry very resistant shoes or boots. Change work clothes every day. Mains:For prolonged or repeated manipulation, use the following type of gloves: latex, neoprene, nitrile. The protection creams can help protect the skin from exposed skin but should not be applied after exposure. The user must ensure that the type of gloves chosen in the final manipulation of the product is the most appropriate and takes into account the particular conditions of use such as those specified in the user's risk assessment.
- Environment
Complete the container (s). Product residues, waste water, packaging and all other waste readings in the treatment must be considered as dangerous waste. Recycle or eliminate in accordance with current legislation, preferably by a collector or an approved company. Do not contaminate the sun or water with waste; do not proceed to their elimination in the environment. Eliminate packaging / containers contained in an approved incinerator for chemical products by the competent authorities. During the entire storage period, it is necessary to apply to it that no component of the product enters into contact with the sun or water. Do not throw the residue into the sewers or water courses. By way of precaution, the application procedures and storage of wood freshly treated in industrial sites and ministries must be carried out in a limited area:
- situated on an impermeable surface
- with endowment system to prevent collusion and
- with recovery system in case of leak.
