Using AXIL 3000, your timber products are available in a non-colored or colored version either:
- by adding a coloring during the treatment cycle,
- after drying, through an extra decoration step using either paint or surface coating.
After treating and drying, your timber parts impregnated using the AXIL 3000 micro-emulsion are immediately compatible with bonding or finishing operations (coloring, surface coating, paint).
Preparing the Wood
Carry out a preliminary test on exotic or tannin-rich timber. The timber moisture content must be < 25% when treated.
Use
- Application: by surface application (soaking, spraying, double vacuum autoclave) or impregnation (vacuum-pressure autoclave)
- Drying: 24 to 48 hours in a ventilated area
- Consumption: variable depending on species and cross-section.
