ADVANCED

Advanced Draw 52 is heavy-duty, chlorine-free, petroleum-based, water-soluble drawing and stamping fluid. It contains extreme pressure additives to provide excellent anti-weld and die protection properties in the hardest applications. Advanced Draw 52 provides an enhanced corrosion protection package to protect parts and machine surfaces. It has an enhanced bio package to protect against smell and bacterial growth.

Advanced Draw 440T is a medium-to-heavy duty chlorine-free synthetic drawing fluid that is a free-rising clean formulation that is designed to be used on all metals. Developed to be welded over after being utilized in the press without creating smoke. The superb combination of additives provides outstanding extreme pressure properties aiding in improved tool and die life while leaving burr-free edges on parts.

ADVANCED DRAW 440T

Advanced Draw 575 is a heavy-duty drawing oil that has been specially formulated for cold extrusion and wire drawing applications. This proprietary combination of additives provides excellent extreme pressure properties, will aid in improved tool and die life and will perform in high temperatures while limiting smoke or oxidation.

Advanced Cut 67 is a dark, sulfur-containing, and chlorine-free cutting oil formulated for use in demanding applications. This oil is recommended to be used on ferrous and non-ferrous materials but is not recommended for use on yellow metals.

Advanced Cut 14 is a light-colored and low viscosity cutting oil that is blended with futuristic technology. It contains a combination of wetting agents, chlorine, and active sulfur. It contains a fatty additive package that is performance-driven. These additives provide extreme pressure properties when gun drilling, cutting, drilling, tapping, and threading.

ADVANCED CUT 14

Advanced Draw 62 is a chlorine-free drawing and stamping lubricant designed for medium-duty applications. It has been formulated for use on a wide variety of materials, including hard materials such as stainless steel. Advanced Draw 62 can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Advanced Swiss 90 is a light-colored chlorine-free cutting oil that contains inactive sulfur. This product has been formulated to provide extended tool life and superior surface finishes. This product is recommended for use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, as well as stainless steel.

ADVANCED SWISS 90

Advanced Cut 38SSA is a heavy-duty amber-colored cutting oil that contains sulfur, chlorine, and wetting/anti-welding agents that are well suited for the machining of stainless steel. This proprietary combination of additives provides excellent extreme pressure properties when pipe threading, tapping, reaming, or broaching. It cannot be used on copper, copper alloys, or as a dual-purpose oil.

ADVANCED CUT 38SSA

Advanced Draw 43 is an emulsion type, metal-forming lubricant developed for heavy-duty applications. Advanced Draw 43 contains highly polar ingredients, resin, and EP (extreme pressure) additives that provide superior lubricity and boundary lubrication. In addition, the cleanliness of Advanced Draw 43 prevents the formation of tacky water-insoluble residues.
