Whole oil obtained by cold pressing the seeds of Green Coffee of the Arabica species. Highly concentrated in unsaponifiables, especially cafestol and kahweol (approximately 10%). It has a high concentration of palmitic and linoleic fatty acids.

Cafestol and kahweol act to defend cells against oxidative stress, protecting against DNA damage. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect due to the presence of diterpenes. Its unsaturated fatty acids confer integrity to the cell membrane, prevent the formation of Advanced Glycation End Products, and assist in preventing the aging process.
