- OXETAL VD 92 is a extremely efficient thickening agent for enhancing the viscosity of liquid body cleansing agents. The main application of OXETAL VD 92 is in surfactant formulations which can not be adjusted in viscosity with current thickeners as fatty alcohol ethoxylates or diethanolamides.
- OXETAL VD 92 can be added at every step of the production process. Warming up the mixture to approx. 30 - 40 °C will accelerate the speed of dissolving.
- Beside its thickening effects OXETAL VD 92 increases the lathering power and foam stability of surfactant formulations. The quantity of application should be 0.3 - 3.0 % referring to the final product. For special application the concentration may be increased.

Especially at lower temperatures, the product may show turbidity or even separation which can be removed by stirring or gentle heating up to 50 °C, without quality decrease.
