0.1- 0.7% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.2 – 0.5% based on total formulation.
- Incorporation
To prevent foaming AFCONA-2270 can be added prior to processing. If it is added to the finished product, care must be taken to ensure uniform distribution.

AFCONA-2270 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It has the combination of good defoaming as well as compatibility with most resin system. It is recommended for medium viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.
AFCONA - 2270 is recommended for brush and conventional spray application, very suitable also for systems ranging from low polar to high polar.
1) UV curing system especially for acrylate epoxy.
2) polyurethane systems for wood, plastic and car refinish.
3) Airless spray coatings.
4) Stoving paints for general industrials.
5) Epoxy systems, solvent Based or solventless.
6) Water based system. As this is strong defoamer where it gives in can haziness, we recommended them for pigmented as well as semi-gloss system. It will not influent the finishing paint gloss.

AFCONA-2270 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
