AFCONA – 3755 is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. It was designed for application where leveling and defoaming are both important such as coil and can coatings. It also can be use in other foam sensitive systems.
AFCONA-3755 has below properties:
1) Very good initial leveling and improve leveling property before touch dry.
2) Very good in defoaming and anti-foam properties.
3) No influent in overcoating adhesion propertyUnlike normal leveling agents where it will also acts as good foam stabilizing, AFCONA – 3755 is a very effective defoamer as well as unique leveling property.
AFCONA – 3755 is suitable for below systems:
1) Coil and can coating
2) For further improve substrate wetting and anti-crater properties, combination with AFCONA – 3670 or AFCONA 3700 are recommended.
3) All baking systems
4) Matted topcoat and primer of wood coating
5) Not suitable for unpigmented high gloss system as due to it high efficiency of defoaming, it also cause in-can haziness.

AFCONA-3755 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
