- AFCONA-4001 is a result of AFCONA own develops intermediate monomer for polyurethane dispersant. It based on AFCONA new anchoring group and AFCONA own technology of innovative concept of polyurethane dispersant.
- AFCONA – 4001 is dedicated for carbon black dispersion where it gives high jetness as well as blue under tone.
- AFCONA – 4001 has below special properties and recommended in below systems:
1) AFCONA – 4001 is very good in carbon black dispersant. Gives very goods blue under tone with high jetness.
2) Other than carbon black, it also can be used in other inorganic and organic pigment. - AFCONA – 4001 is recommended for:
1) Polyurethane
2) NC
3) Epoxy - Note:
1) AFCONA – 4001 will become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. Even at -15° C the slight haziness still stay the same. This will not influence the quality.

Calculation method for the required amount of active ingredient on pigment:
TiO2 : 2 - 3%
Other inorganic pigments : 2 - 4%
Organic pigments : 20 - 40%
Carbon blacks : 20 - 60%Incorporation
AFCONA-4001 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the pigments.

AFCONA-4001 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
