- 2.0 - 3.0% based on TiO2 or extenders
- 2.0 - 4.0% based on inorganic pigments
- 20.0 - 40.0% based on organic pigments
- 20.0 - 60.0% based on carbon blacks.

AFCONA-4060 is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments as well as carbon blacks. It has fairly stability performance, through effective steric hindrance, on all type of pigments.
This results in:- Lower mill base viscosity
- higher color strength
- Reduced flooding and floating
AFCONA – 4060 has below special properties and recommended in below systems :
1) AFCONA-4060 is a lower polar polymer compared to other AFCONA 4000 series. The price for this product is relatively low thus the pigment stability performance is less comparing to AFCONA – 4050, AFCONA 4046 and AFCONA 4047.
2) AFCONA-4060 is recommended for baking paints especially coil coatings. It also can be used for other resin systems as long as it is compatible.
Note: AFCONA – 4060 will become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. Heating up to uniformity. It will not influence the performace and quality of final produt .

AFCONA-4060 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
