AFT Fluorotec AF103 Glass Filled PTFE is the most commonly used filler in PTFE. It gives much improved compression and wear properties. The material may also be inert gas sintered to further improve creep properties and reduce porosity and gas permeability. There would be a consequent loss of tensile properties.

AFT Fluorotec AF001 Virgin PTFE is one of the most chemically inert materials known. It is used in many different applications and industries.

AFT Fluorotec AF201 Carbon Filled PTFE is the addition of carbon to PTFE increases the compressive strength and wear resistance. It provides good thermal conductivity and low permeability. Commonly used in sealing applications.

AFT Fluorotec AF213 Anti-Static PTFE is a special conductive carbon filler.

AFT Fluorotec AF801 Virgin PEEK material is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic typically used as a replacement for machined metals in a wide variety of high performance end-use applications.

AFT Fluorotec AF115 Reinforced PTFE material specifically developed for slide bearing and skidway applications. This material comprises a unique blend of filler compounds to give optimum compressive strength whilst retaining very low frictional coefficients. The load bearing characteristics are greatly improved over conventional PTFE materials and the unique blend of fillers means maximum compressive strength whilst still having an extremely low coefficient of friction, regardless of conditions, surpassing other filled PTFE materials. AF115 is also unaffected by UV.

AFT Fluorotec AF1007 U203-D57 is a hydrolysis resistant PU (H-PU) composed of prepolymers based on polyoxytetrametylene glycol (PTMEG) and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). The hardness is adjusted at 57 +/-2 Shore D which makes it an excellent extrusion resistant material. The resistance to most common hydraulic fluids and oil water emulsions makes it a very universal material for seal applications.
