AFYREN® NATURAL CAPROIC ACID is a saturated monoacid with six carbon atoms, caproic acid, also called hexanoic acid is mainly used in the manufacture of esters but also flavors, etc.

AFYREN® NATURAL BUTRYIC ACID is a saturated monoacid with four carbon atoms, naturally present in the environment or in certain dairy foods.
