AFYREN® NATURAL PROPIONIC ACID is a saturated monoacid with three carbon atoms, present in nature. This acid is used in particular for its preservation qualities in human and animal nutrition and its effects as a mold inhibitor.

AFYREN® NATURAL PROPIONIC ACID

AFYREN® NATURAL CAPROIC ACID is a saturated monoacid with six carbon atoms, caproic acid, also called hexanoic acid is mainly used in the manufacture of esters but also flavors, etc.

AFYREN® NATURAL BUTRYIC ACID is a saturated monoacid with four carbon atoms, naturally present in the environment or in certain dairy foods. A saturated five-carbon monoacid, AFYREN® NATURAL VALERIC ACID is widely used in synthetic lubricant esters (refrigeration oils, aviation turbine oils, etc.). It is also used as a food additive and is used in the formulation of certain drugs.
