Directions For Use

Use this product only as specified on label. For best results add foam out™ to the spray solution before pesticides. Rate of foam out™ will depend upon the severity of foaming. Recommended rate is 1 to 6 oz per 100 gallons of spray solution. Not for aquatic use.

• Hazard statements: harmful if swallowed. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life.
• Precautionary statement: warning--if swallowed: wash out mouth thoroughly with water. Get medical attention. Contact a poison control center. Do not induce vomiting. If on skin: gently wash with plenty of soap and water. If inhaled: remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do – continue rinsing. Get medical advise/attention. If eye irritation persists get medical advice/attention. If on clothing: rinse immediately contaminated clothing and skin with plenty of water before removing clothes
• Environmental hazards do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Use this product only as specified on label. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
• Physical or chemical hazards wash foam out™ spillage off thoroughly. The same precautions should be observed in equipment stored after use. If foam out™ concentrate contacts clothing, flush thoroughly with water.
• Personal protective equipment

1. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection
2. If swallowed wash out mouth thoroughly with water. Get medical attention. Contact a poison control center. Do not induce vomiting.
3. If on skin immediately flush with plenty of water while removing contaminated clothing. As soon as soap is available, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Wash clothing before reuse.
4. If inhaled remove to fresh air if breathing is difficult. Give oxygen and call a physician.
5. If on eyes immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.

Storage & Handling

Storage and disposal

Do not contaminate water, food of feed by storage or disposal. 
Do not store at temperatures above 140°f. Disposal: triple rinse container and pour rinsate into spray tank. Do not reuse container. Recycling decontaminated containers is the best option of container disposal. The agricultural container recycling council (acrc) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local acrc recycler visit www.Acrecycle.Org. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/national regulations.
