Applications: Film-forming agent - encapsulation of oil soluble flavors, food colors and vitamins. Protective agent for colloidal solutions and oenology. Coating and glazing agent for confectionery and pharmaceuticals.
Process: Water dissolution followed by ultra-cleaning and spray drying.
