  • It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This labeling must be in the possession of the user at time of herbicide application.
  • Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system. Agrisel does not authorize the use of this product in manufacturing, processing or preparing custom blends with other products for application to turfor omamentals.
  • Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
  • Not for use for commercial seed production.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS
CAUTION: Causes moderate eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or dothing.

  • Protective eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses)
  • Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
  • Shoes plus socks
    Discard dothing or other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product's concentrate. Do not reuse them.

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Users should:

  1. Wash hands with plenty of soap and water before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
  2. Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
  3. Remove PPE immediately after handling this product.

ENGINEERING CONTROLS
When handlers use dosed systems, endosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [(40 CFR 170.240)d) (4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in adjacent aquatic sites. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash waters or rinsate.
NON-TARGET ORGANISM ADVISORY STATEMENT: This product is toxic to plants and may adversely impact the forage and habitat of non-target organisms, including pollinators, in areas adjacent to the treated site. Protect the forage and habitat of non-target organisms by following label directions intended to minimize spray drift.

ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION
This product may have effects on federally listed threatened or endangered plant species or their critical habitat. When using this product, you must follow the measures contained in the Endangered Species Protection bulletin for the county or parish in which you are applying the pesticide.
If endangered plant species occur in proximity to the application site, the following mitigation measures are required:

  • If applied by ground, leave an untreated buffer zone of 200 feet. The product must be applied using a low boom (20 inches above the ground) and ASABE fine to medium/coarse nozzles.
  • If applied by air , leave an untreated buffer zone of 170 feet. Must use straight-stream nozzles (D-6 or larger); wind can be no more than 8 mph, and release height must be 15 feet or less.

Storage and Disposal

DO NOT contaminate water, foodstuffs, feed or seed by storage or disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: DO NOT STORE BELOW 15° F. Extended storage at temperatures below 15°F can result in the formation of crystals on the bottom of container. If crystallization does occur, store the container on its side at room temperature (70°F) and rock occasionally until crystals dissolve.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of federal law.

CONTAINER HANDLING:
Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Clean container promptly after emptying. Triple rinse after emptying, then offer for recycling if available or reconditioning if appropriate, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. Containers less than or equal to 5 gallons: triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a rinse tank, or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times.
