AgroCepia S.A. Cherries are obtained by removing moisture from fresh and ripe cherries in continuous air dryers. The fresh cherries are previously washed, slammed, pitted and selected. After being dehydrated the product is sifted, sorted and passed through magnets and electronic metal detectors. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

AgroCepia S.A. Evaporated Apples are obtained by removing moisture from fresh, ripe apples in continuous air dryers. The fresh apples are previously washed, selected, cored, peeled and cut to appropriate size. After being dehydrated to desired moisture level, the product is sifted, sorted and passed through magnets and electronic metal detectors. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

AgroCepia S.A. Cherries IQF are prepared from fresh, clean, whole, sound fruit. The fresh cherries are previously washed, pitted, stemmed, and selected. Once being IQF frozen, the product is sifted, sorted and passed through magnets and electronic metal detectors. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

AgroCepia S.A. Cherries IQF

AgroCepia S.A. Infused Blueberries are infused with apple juice or sugar. The raw material is frozen blueberry, IQF quality. After being dehydrated, the product is sifted, sorted and passed through magnets and electronic metal detectors. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

They are obtained by removing moisture from fresh, ripe blueberries that have been previously selected and washed. The fruit is subsequently dried to specified moisture content in continuous air dryers. The finished dried fruit quality checked, visually inspected, and passed through magnets, and metal detectors before packaging. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.

AgroCepia S.A. BlackBerries IQF is prepared from fresh, clean, whole, healthy, rot-free units that have been washed, selected and frozen. Packed in blue bags and cardboard boxes and passed through a metal detector. The manufacture process is carried out under strict hygiene conditions, GMP and HACCP system CAC/RCP-1-1969, BRC Issue 7 and in complete compliance with the FDA as well as the European Union.
