This classic multi-colored quartz floor is the perfect combination of rugged durability and beauty. The 1/8” thick system provides a seamless barrier of protection for your concrete that can handle more aggressive environments than typical decorative systems. Wet processing areas and tough physical abuse are not a problem for TerraQuartz, but this performance is not at the expense of esthetics. The blended quartz aggregate creates a beautiful tweed appearance.

TerraQuartz

Aiflooring LV BaseCoat is designed to be used as a basecoat for the TerraChip System. It has a lower viscosity than standard TC Basecoat for easier handling, especially in cooler temperatures. Scrape times for the LV Basecoat can be adjusted by using one, or a blend, of the 3 BaseCoat hardeners- Standard, Redline, and Infrared. LV BaseCoat is a two component 100% solids epoxy.

Aiflooring LV BaseCoat

TerraQuartz® Base is designed to be used as the basecoat of the TerraQuartz® System. It is supplied clear and is self priming. Cure time for TerraQuartz Base can be accelerated by using TerraQuartz Base RedLine hardener. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy. It is generally supplied clear.

TerraQuartz® Base

Aiflooring Sealer LS is designed to be used as a clear coat sealer for the TerraChip and TerraQuartz® systems. It can be used as a stand alone sealer for these two systems, or as the first clear coat prior to the application of TerraThane®. It provides a non-blush, high gloss finish with excellent wear resistance. TerraGrip can be added to Sealer LS to provide slip resistance. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy. The use of hydrogenated epoxy technology results in excellent UV stability for an epoxy coating. It is supplied clear.

Aiflooring Sealer LS

Aiflooring TerraPrime is designed to be used as a concrete sealer or as a primer/build coat systems such as TerraSeal, TerraChip®, TerraQuartz® and TerraTono® . It has excellent adhesion to damp concrete and provides a blush free finish. TerraPrime is available in 2 curing speeds - TerraPrime and TerraPrime Redline. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy coatings cured with a polyamide. It is generally supplied clear.

Aiflooring TerraPrime

Aiflooring TerraSeal is designed to be used as a stand-alone thin film system, a silica broadcast system, and the topcoat for the TerraRich system. It provides continuous chemical protection while providing a high-gloss, nonblushing finish for an outstanding appearance. It can be applied from 16-65 mils in smooth or anti-skid applications with moderate physical requirements and intermittent chemical exposure. TerraGrip can be added to TerraSeal to provide slip resistance. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy coatings cured with a cycloaliphatic amine.

Aiflooring TerraSeal

Aiflooring TerraPrime MM is designed to be used as a moisture mitigating concrete primer. It can withstand up to 15 lbs/ 1000 sqft./24 hrs of moisture per ASTM F1869-16 . It is generally applied in 2 coats and provides a blush free finish. It is a two component 100% solids epoxy coating cured with a cycloaliphatic amine. It is supplied clear.

Aiflooring TC BaseCoat is designed to be used as the basecoat of the TerraChip System. It is supplied pigmented and is self priming. Scrape times for TC Basecoat can be adjusted by using one, or a blend, of the 3 BaseCoat hardeners- Standard, Redline, and Infrared. TC BaseCoat is a two component 100% solids epoxy.
