AL150 is a versatile amino-functional coupling agent used over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. The silicon-containing portion of the molecule provides strong bonding to substrates. The primary amine function reacts with a wide array of thermoset, thermoplastic, and elastomeric materials.

AL156 is an amino-functional silane that may be used over a broad range of applications to give an improvement in the bond between a substrate, filler or other reinforcement and resins that react with the amino group.

AL 160 is a bifunctional organosilane with a reactive epoxide and inorganic methoxysilyl groups that promote adhesion by the ability to chemically bind to inorganic materials and organic polymers.

AL1501 can effectively promote adhesion of inorganic substrates to organic polymers.

AL170 is used as an adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces, as a surface modifier (e.g. imparting water repellency, hydrophilic surface adjustment or for crosslinking of polymers).

AL121 is used as a polymer modifier via grafting reactions. The resulting pendant trimethoxysilyl groups can function as moisture-activated crosslinking sites. The Silane grafted polymer is processed as a thermoplastic and crosslinking occurs after fabrication of the finished article upon exposure to moisture.

AL FS-300 hydrophilic fumed silica with its smaller primary particle size makes it more suitable for transparent and semi-transparent systems. Fumed silica’s unique manufacturing process produces a very high purity type of silica with nano size primary particles, a fluffy white powder that is an amorphous and form of silica. These characteristics impart a wide range of benefits to formulations from thickening and reinforcement to free flow and anti-settling.

AL 191 Silane is trifunctional silane that is a key component in sol-gel systems.

AL151 is a clear, colorless, strongly alkaline liquid with smell and being very sensitive to hydrolysis. The chloride content ranges in the lower ppm-level. AL151 is used as adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces, for modification of surfaces (corrosion prevention, component of primers) or as a moisture crosslinker of silicone polymers. The application as “coupling agent” leads in general to an improvement of mechanical and electrical product properties above all under exposure to heat and/or moisture.

ALOX 100 is an ultrafine fumed metal oxide with a high specific surface area.
