Alahram Herbs Basil is an herb in the mint family. It adds flavor to meals, and its nutrients may provide health benefits. Sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum) plays a role in many Mediterranean, and particularly Italian, cuisines. It forms the basis of pesto and adds a distinctive flavor to salads, pasta, pizza, and other dishes. Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines also feature this herb. In the diet, sweet basil can provide vitamins, minerals, and a range of antioxidants. Its essential oil may also have medicinal benefits.

Alahram Herbs Parsley is used for flavoring to sauces, soups, omelets, stuffing, meat, and other dishes, or sprinkled finely chopped over salads and vegetables &amp; in the preparation of parsley butter. In combination with other herbs, is a component of the bouquet garni in French cooking. Dried leaves are also used for these purposes. The leaves are frequently used as garnish. Medicinally has ability to counteract poisons and for treatment of coronary conditions. Parsley, fresh and dehydrated, has carminative and diuretic properties. Parsley tea is prepared by steeping the dried leaves. The chopped leaves have been used externally as a remedy for bites and stings and as a treatment of cancerous tumors.

Alahram Herbs Fennelare aromatic and used in flavoring, and the bulblike stem base of florence fennel and the blanched shoots are eaten as a vegetable. The seeds and extracted oil are suggestive of anise in aroma and taste and are used for scenting soaps and perfumes and for flavoring candies, liqueurs, medicines, and foods, particularly pastries, sweet pickles, and fish.

Cumin can be an ingredient in chili powder (often Tex-Mex or Mexican-style), and is found in achiote blends, adobos, sofrito, garam masala, curry powder, bahaarat, and is used to flavor.

Dill seeds, is used as a spice; its strong pungent and bitter taste finds its chief use in flavoring pickles and sauces and making dill vinegar. The leaves are used as herbs is used in flavoring salads, meats, vegetables, and sauces. An essential oil from the fruit and leaf also are used for various purposes, such as food flavoring, medicines, and perfuming soaps. Medically, dill has been used for soothing the stomach after meals.
