"In 1969, Anthony Mandala saw a growing need for supplying institutional grade cleaning products to schools, hospitals and nursing homes. He started ALCO from the ground up in the Mandala family basement, and today we have expanded Mandala Brand Products to two locations. Our home base resides in a 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Downtown Akron, OH with a second 25,000 square foot location in Canton, OH. We appreciate your patronage and thank our customers who have been with us on this journey. 50 years later from humble beginnings, we continue to be a family-run business. ALCO is owned and operated by Anthony Mandala’s children Bob, Luanne and John. They all take an active role in the everyday operation of the company alongside their dedicated and world-class associate a few of whom they raised themselves."
