IneaSil 1402E is a versatile PDMS-free water-based antifoam emulsion. It is useful in a variety of industrial applications that require a highly efficient product with significant foam knockdown and good sustaining antifoam power. Due to the product's free rinsing nature and low dosage rates required, IneaSil 1402 is unique in that it is much less likely to contribute to any downstream deposit or carryover issues while still maintaining performance.

    Applications

    Product dosage and locations will vary with individual applications. Generally, IneaSil 1402 should be added prior to foaming situations but avoiding high shear after the addition point if possible. IneaSil 1402 is may be added neat, or as a lower solids dilution with water. Short term dilutions are stable for immediate use, however for dilutions requiring storage greater than 24 hours proper back thickening is needed.
