Alligare BupHR is a blend of water conditioning agent co-formulated with nonionic surfactant. Alligare BupHR is designed to maximize herbicide performance by mitigating the antagonizing effects of hard water minerals while improving spray droplet spreading and wetting. Designed to hasten and improve herbicidal uptake, Alligare BupHR includes a blend of ammoniacal nitrogen. Alligare BupHR is designed for aquatic, forestry, vegetation management, industrial, commercial and agricultural uses.

Directions for Use

Do not use Alligare BupHR with herbicides that are not compatible in acidic conditions or low pH.

Do not use with sulfonyl urea herbicides.

Do not use with tank mixes utilizing fixed copper fungicides such as cupric hydroxide, basic copper, Copper Count N or copper oxychloride.

Do not apply this product in such a manner as to directly or through drift, expose workers or other persons.

Always jar test Alligare BupHR with tank mix herbicides prior to mixing. Applicator must have experience with this product or conduct a phytotoxicity trial or use the directions from the products used in the tank mix.

It is recommended to use test areas when applying during high humidity, high temperatures or other possible situations where field practice is restricted.

  1. Fill spray tank half full of water and begin agitation.
  2. Add desired rate of Alligare BupHR pesticides.
  3. Add pesticides, as directed by label, while maintaining agitation.

Note: If pesticide label recommends the addition of a surfactant follow instructions accordingly. Alligare BupHR is not a replacement for a surfactant.

Recommended Use Rates

The optimal rate of ALLIGARE BupHR will vary with environmental conditions and spray water quality. As growing and application conditions change, rates may be adjusted accordingly.

General Use Rates (ground and aerial application): 2-8 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution (0.250 to 1.0 % v/v).

Spray Application Volumes 3 to 15 GPA: Standard Rate: 3-4 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution (0.375 to 0.500% v/v).

Spray Application Volumes > 15 GPA: Standard Rate: 4-6 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution (0.500 to 0.750% v/v).

Warning

First Aid

Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have the product container with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.

If in Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue cautiously rinsing eye. Have the product container with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice or attention.

If on Skin or Clothing: Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Call a poison center, doctor, chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor to specify the appropriate source of emergency medical advice.

If Swallowed: : Unless advised otherwise by a poison control center or doctor, have person rinse mouth with water, if able. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a poison center, doctor, chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor to specify the appropriate source of emergency medical advice if you feel unwell.

If Inhaled: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, and then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible.

Storage and Disposal

Storage: Store locked up. Store in a cool well-ventilated place. Keep in original container tightly closed. Do not reuse empty container. Do not store with food, feed, or other material to be used or consumed by humans or animals. Do not contaminate water supplies. For optimal storage, store between 40°F and 90°F.

Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Dispose of contents in container to an approved waste disposal facility in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. Triple rinse (or equivalent) adding rinse water to application tank. Offer container for recycling or dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by other procedures approved by local regulations. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program.
