ALLIGARE® PERFORMANCE WETTER

1 of 12 products in this brand
Performance Wetter is a nonionic surfactant that contains organosilicone. Organosilicone chemistry increases spreading and wetting of pesticide solutions, which, in turn, causes significantly faster and more effective penetration of the active into the target. Performance Wetter can be used with most fertilizer and pesticide products.

Aerial 12 to 32 ounces
Aquatic (surface) 6 to 12 ounces
Aquatic (submerged) 8 to 14 ounces

For increased water penetration of hard to wet soils and the uniform distribution of applied moisture, follow recommended uses:
Lawns and Turf: .05% - .125% v/v concentration.
Greens and Tees: .05% - .125% v/v concentration.

Note: The application rates on this label are based on pesticide labels that recommend the use of a nonionic surfactant. Rates of this product may be increased or decreased for optimum results. Follow pesticide labeling for proper recommendations. Before using Performance Wetter where a nonionic surfactant may not be recommended the user or applicator advisor must have experience with the combination or must have conducted a phytotoxicity trial to ensure safety and jar testing to ensure compatibility.

Mixing

Prior to pesticide application clean mixing and application equipment according to pesticide label directions. To minimize foaming fill spray tank 2/3 or 3/4 full of water and begin agitation. If foaming is anticipated the addition of an antifoaming agent should be added before pesticides, nutrients, or Performance Wetter. If foam is still not properly controlled, more antifoaming agent may be added later.

Add pesticides and/or fertilizers as directed by label or in the following sequence:

  1. Micronutrients and fertilizers
  2. Dry flowables and dispersible granules
  3. Flowables
  4. Water soluble pesticides
  5. Emulsifiable concentrates.

Continue agitation and add Performance Wetter, when completed, reduce agitation and allow to mix for 1 to 2 minutes. While under minimal agitation, continue filing tank and allow to mix for 10-15 minutes prior to application.

Note: For optimum results, spray mixes containing Performance Wetter should be applied within 36 hours.
