Special Properties and Uses

In combination with BECKOPOX™ EP 301 for solvent-based primers and coatings with long processing time, for mineral and metallic substrates.

Suggested Uses and Processing Information
  • Combinations of BECKOPOX™ EH 651 with epoxy resins, both solventbased and solvent-free, give systems with long pot life. Cured films show good flexibility, adhesion, water resistance and resistance to many chemicals.
  • The product is preferably used in combination with xylene-based solid epoxy resins, such as BECKOPOX™ EP 301, for metal coatings and anti-corrosion-primers. Modified with suitable grades of tar, coating systems for e. g. lock gates, concrete and underground-installed conduits can be formulated. Zinc rich primers can also be formulated.

MIXING RATIO AND POTLIFE
