MODAFLOW® Powder III resin modifier is an efficient flow aid for industrial powder coatings. Very fine, free flowing particles make MODAFLOW® Powder III easy to incorporate into epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane or acrylic powder formulations. Like other members of this family, MODAFLOW® Powder III offers users:

  • Improved flow and leveling
  • Reduced pinholes, fisheyes, craters, and orange peel
  • Improved substrate wetting
  • Enhanced initial adhesion

MODAFLOW® Powder III is composed of materials regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for indirect food contact applications under several parts of Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations. Details on specific coverage are available upon request. MODAFLOW® Powder III contains no silicone. Optimum concentrations for a specific formulation should be determined by incremental addition. In general, MODAFLOW® Powder III use levels vary between 0.5 - 2.0 parts per hundred resin.
