SETALUX® 17-1450 is an acetoacetate-modified acrylic resin designed for the isocyanate-free 3.5 VOC Ketac primer system, in synergy with Setalux 10-1440. Achieve lower VOC formulations by incorporating exempt solvents or reactive diluents. This high-solids resin enhances hardness and corrosion resistance, facilitating faster cycle times in solventborne, primer, 1K, 2K, and high-solids coatings on plastics and metal.

At temperatures up to 100°F storage stability packed in original containers amounts for 3 years.

Care should be taken not to expose the product to high temperature conditions, direct sunlight, ignition sources, oxidizing agents, alkalis or acids.

Storage and handling should be in stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenolic lined containers.

Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep container tightly closed. Use with adequate ventilation.
