SETAQUA® 6301 is a hard polymer dispersion to be used as an additive in waterborne lacquers to improve hardness and drying speed. SETAQUA® 6301 also improves block-resistance, sandability and stackability at addition levels of 10-20 wt%. Addition of SETAQUA® 6301 increases the need for coalescents. Addition of higher levels than 20 wt% needs permanent plasticizers to ensure proper film formation.
