SETAQUA® ECO 9650 is designed for use in aqueous coatings. This liquid formulation is unique in that it may be applied primerless and is ideal for outdoor use in transportation and automotive applications. SETAQUA® ECO 9650 is used in ornamental paints for building and construction as well as automotive vehicle refinishing within the paints and coatings industry. This emulsion improves formulations with an emphasis on ease of application and durability while providing a flexible solution.

  • SETAQUA® ECO 96500 is recommended for use in highly durable coatings over a wide range of gloss levels where a high level of early and long-term dirt pick-up resistance is required. It exhibits remarkable gloss development, making it particularly well suited for high gloss paint systems. As with the other members of this family of products, SETAQUA® ECO 9650 exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including masonry, aged alkyd, fiber cement sheeting, concrete roof tiles and various metals.
  • SETAQUA® ECO 9650 is particular suited for inflexible substrates such as masonry and concrete tiles with the high hardness allowing the formulation of coatings that display a high level of dirt pick-up resistance.

SETAQUA® ECO 9650 should be stored under cover, out of direct sunlight and avoiding extreme temperature changes. Under normal storage conditions (5−35°C, away from extremes) sealed, unopened containers of this material would have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. If stored for longer than 12 months, product must be rechecked for suitability in the intended application.
