UVEKOL
UVEKOL® S 15
Markets: Grouts & Mortars, Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings
Technologies: Polyurethanes (PU)
Chemical Family: Polyurethanes (PU)
UVEKOL® S 15 is a one-component acrylic resin for the lamination of glass systems. It is cured under UV light for 20 minutes. The UVEKOL S 15 interlayer produces glass laminates with excellent impact resistance. It can be applied with nearly all kinds of glass: flat and bent, tempered, coated, and other types of glass.

UVEKOL
UVEKOL® S
Markets: Grouts & Mortars, Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings
Technologies: Acrylics
Chemical Family: Acrylics, Acrylates & Methacrylates
UVEKOL® S is a one-component acrylic resin for the lamination of glass systems. It is cured under UV light for 20 minutes. The UVEKOL S interlayer produces glass laminates with excellent impact resistance. It can be applied with nearly all kinds of glass: flat and bent, tempered, coated and other types of glass.

UVEKOL
UVEKOL® FR-C
Markets: Grouts & Mortars, Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings
Technologies: Polyurethanes (PU)
Chemical Family: Polyurethanes (PU)
UVEKOL FR-C is a single component liquid acrylic resin designed for glasses lamination. It was specifically developed to confer safety impact resistance to fire resistant ceramic glass. It is cured with low intensity ultraviolet (UV) light to provide an optically clear, transparent interlayer with excellent bond strength to glass. Once cured, typically in 20 minutes, no additional processing is required.

EBECRYL
EBECRYL® 1259
Markets: Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings, Conformal Coatings
Technologies: Oligomers
EBECRYL® 1259 is an acrylated aliphatic urethane oligomer diluted with 35% of hydroxy propyl methacrylate, specifically designed for use in solder resist coatings on printed circuit boards and may be cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB).

EBECRYL
EBECRYL® 8413
Markets: Architectural Coatings, Other Printing Applications, Thermal Transfer Printing
Technologies: Oligomers
EBECRYL® 8413 is designed as the pigment grind oligomer, for UV thermoformable ink applications, and should be used in conjunction with the letdown oligomer, EBECRYL® 1300. When used together with EBECRYL® 1300, non-blocking thermoformable inks can be developed. These thermoformable inks demonstrate scratch and temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates without the necessity of corona discharge or flame pretreatment.

EBECRYL
EBECRYL® 117
Markets: Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings, Conformal Coatings
Technologies: Functional Additives
EBECRYL® 117 is a hydroxyl functional monoacrylate monomer characterized by low odor and good adhesion and high reactivity. It is used in UV/EB cured coatings and adhesives to lower viscosity and increase flexibility. It is also used in intermediates.

EBECRYL
EBECRYL® 6617
Markets: Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings, Conformal Coatings
Technologies: Oligomers
EBECRYL® 6617 is an aromatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted in methylmethacrylate, ratio 75/25. Cured products based on EBECRYL® 6617 are characterized by adhesion to various surfaces and good flexibility.

EBECRYL
EBECRYL® 109
Markets: Other Specialty Coatings, Glass Coatings, Conformal Coatings
Technologies: Monomers
EBECRYL® 109 is an acrylate - methacrylate monomer blend, containing 50% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA). It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. EBECRYL® 109 is particularly useful in coatings where a good thermal and/or chemical resistance are important. It is recommended for use in: coatings where chemical and/or thermal resistance is required, and solder and etch resists.
