Honey is obtained through the collection of flower nectar and other plant secretions by honey bees. The composition of honey is complex and offers a wide range of flavors due to the diversity of varieties. Nevertheless, the different honeys have one thing in common, they consist mostly of sugar. Honey is harvested by extraction from fully capped honeycombs. In addition to our blossom honey, we offer a variety of types of honey.
