FAIRPRENE®CD-6004 is Uncured epichlorohydrin (ECO) coated polyester fabric useful in seal and diaphragm applications that require good resistance to flame and excellent resistance to oil and ozone. Designed for excellent processability on automated molding equipment.

FAIRPRENE® ND-1625 is Nitrile (Buna-N) coated nylon for die cut diaphragm applications requiring a substrate performance that does not allow wicking or air migration through the re-enforcement. The combination of a nitrile coating and synthetic textile produces a coated fabric with excellent performance in flexible diaphragm applications.

Alpha Style RL 6765 is a lightweight material designed for applications where its superb heat and flame resistance provide an extra margin of protection for people and equipment. It is a self-extinguishing material, ozone and weather resistant and can be used against caustics, gasoline, oil, water and steam.

FluoroSeal 350 is a rubber industrail grade. Gasket sheet manufactured from a blend of fluoroelastomer polymer and polyacrylates. Economically designed for applications that require 350° F service temperature and good chemical resistance.

FAIRPRENE®EXP-15WF Alpha's code EXP-15WF is a fluorosilicone coated polyester that has a nominal temperature range of -65˚F to 300˚F. The Fluorosilicone used in the manufacturing process is a premium polymer providing excellent chemical and fuel resistance. Using polyester as the re-enforcement substrate provides good stability for the fluorosilicone in dynamic applications. The EXP-15WF offers excellent chemical resistance in many different fuel mixtures over a broad temperature range.

FAIRPRENE®SG-0101 is Silicone coated Fiberglass for seal and vacuum type applications. The combination of a Silicone coating and high temperature textile produces a coated fabric with good temperature stability in harsh environments.

FAIRPRENE®FG-1420 is Fluoroelastomer (fluorocarbon-based synthetic polymer such as 3M™ Dyneon™, Daikin DAI-EL™ and Solvay Tecnoflon®) coated Nomex® for flat cut diaphragm type applications. The combination of fluoroelastomer and high temperature textile produces a coated fabric with good temperature and chemical resistance in harsh environments.

FluoroSeal 400 is commercial grade. Gasket sheet manufactured from 100% fluoroelastomer polymer. Designed for applications that require 400° F service temperature and excellent chemical resistance.

EPX 4460 is a Peroxide Cured Ethyl Propylene diene monomer.

AFLAS® is a trade name for a fluoroelastomer polymer offering unique chemical resistance characteristics. Alpha Associates AFLAS® sheet material is recommended for fabrication into gaskets, seals, packings, washers, pads, shims, curtains, joints and other parts for use in severe operating conditions.
