Polywater® Type RBG™ Rubber Goods Cleaner removes grease, dirt, carbon, creosote, and other grimes from insulating blankets, lineman’s gloves, rubber sleeves, jumper cables, hot jumpers, and line hose. Rubber Goods Cleaner is safe for use on all natural and synthetic rubbers. Rubber Goods Cleaner contains no hazardous ingredients and is pH neutral, making it safe for use on skin. Rubber Goods Cleaner is also completely biodegradable and safe for the environment. Rubber Goods Cleaner is ready to use and available in multiple, convenient packages. It works well as a daily cleaner for field use.

Polywater® Type HP™ Multipurpose Cleaner removes semi-conducting cable shield, corrosion-inhibiting compound, silicone greases, filling gels, transformer oils, and other contaminants. Use it for cable splice preparation, cable termination, and electrical apparatus cleaning. Type HP cleans without leaving a residue and is nonconductive. Type HP lasts longer than fast-evaporating solvents and is compatible with most rubbers and plastics. It is available in multiple package options. Bulk Type HP is an excellent choice for soaking or rinsing parts. Pre-saturated towels limit solvent exposure and eliminate spill hazard. Depending on end use, Type HP has the optimal package available. Type HP fits the needs of electrical utilities, line contractors, and medium voltage crews that must comply with regulatory and safety requirements. It is not classified as a hazardous waste, does not harm the environment, and contains no carcinogenic or chlorinated solvents.

Polywater® Type FD™ General Electrical Contact Cleaner is excellent for cleaning busbar, splices, contacts, meters, communication radios, cable, and electrical apparatus. Polywater Type FD removes semiconductive residue, adhesive, silicone grease, grimes, tars, adhesives, lubrication fluids, fluxes, antioxidants, and contaminants without leaving residue.

Polywater® Type KC™ Contact Cleaner effectively cleans contacts, breakers, controls, switches, substation relays, busbars, meters, traffic control electronics, cables, and circuit boards. Polywater Type KC has low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and contains no ozone-depleting chemicals. It is safer to use in confined spaces compared to chlorinated solvents.

Polywater® Type S-1™ Cleaner and Water-Repellent Wipe help meet the daily requirement to inspect and clean hot sticks prior to each use. The wipes safely remove contaminants that contribute to tracking hazards, and then leave tools with a protective silicone coating. S-1 also effectively cleans and coats telescoping sticks for easier extension, and fiberglass rodders so they glide into conduits without sticking.
