Amspec Chemical Corporation was incorporated in the State of New Jersey in March of 1983 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Antimony Products of America (APOA). The focus of the new company was antimony-based chemicals such as antimony oxide, crosslinkers, and liquid dispersions for plastics and textiles for which Amspec holds patents. Amspec also produced metal organics for the glass and adhesives industries."
