Directions for USe

RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Force 10G HL Insecticide must be used only in accordance with directions on this label. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or indirectly. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND PRECAUTIONS ON THIS LABEL MAY RESULT IN POOR INSECT CONTROL, CROP INJURY, OR ILLEGAL RESIDUES.

AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard (WPS). Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 48 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water is: • Coveralls worn over long-sleeved shirt and long pants • Chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils, nitrile rubber > 14 mils, or Viton® > 14 mils • A NIOSH approved particulate respirator with any R or P filter with NIOSH approval number prefix TC-84A; or a NIOSH approved powered air purifying respirator with HE filter with NIOSH approval number prefix TC-21C • Wear protective eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses) • Shoes plus socks.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals WARNING/AVISO Contains Petroleum Distillates May be fatal if inhaled. Do not breathe dust. Harmful if swallowed. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using toilet. 100-1615-548120170607 Force 10G HL (FP) for (S) 6-7-17 Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Wear protective eyewear if appropriate. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes and gloves. Skin exposure may result in a transient sensation described as a tingling, itching, burning or prickly feeling. Onset may occur immediately to 4 hours after exposure and may last 2-30 hours without apparent skin damage. Wash exposed areas once with soap and water. Relief from the skin sensation may be obtained by applying an oil-based cream.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Applicators and other handlers must wear: • Long-sleeved shirt and long pants • Chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils, nitrile rubber > 14 mils, or Viton® > 14 mils • A NIOSH approved particulate respirator with any R or P filter with NIOSH approval number prefix TC-84A; or a NIOSH approved powered air purifying respirator with HE filter with NIOSH approval number prefix TC-21C • Shoes plus socks Important: When reduced PPE is worn because a closed system is being used, handlers must be provided with all PPE specified above and have such PPE immediately available for use in an emergency, such as a spill or equipment breakdown.

USER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.

Storage & Handling

Storage and Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Pesticide Storage Store in original containers only. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not store near food or feed. In case of spill or leak on floor or paved surfaces, soak up with sand, earth, or synthetic absorbent. Remove to chemical waste area. Pesticide Disposal Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA regional office. Container Handling/Return DO NOT DISCARD THIS CONTAINER. Do not attempt to open or tamper with the container. Completely empty container into application equipment. All SMARTBOX containers must be returned per instructions provided or by calling 1-888-SMARTBOX. Refillable container. Refill this container with pesticide only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose.
