ROOFDX SUPER is a single component urethane especially designed as a waterproofing membrane for all kinds of roofing. It cures to form a tough, elastic, waterproof seal and may be incorporated into roofing specifications that provide roof protection of 10 and 20 years. ROOFDX SUPER contains corrosion-inhibiting pigments and will protect metals against rust and acid rain.

POLAROOF RAC is a single component urethane, modified with bright aluminum flakes and fire retardant chemicals. It is especially designed as a waterproofing membrane for all kinds of roofing. POLAROOF RAC is tough and elastic with a high tensile strength and good puncture resistance, and contains corrosion-inhibiting pigments for protection against rust and acid rain. POLAROOF RAC is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation® (FM).

CLEARCOAT FP is a tough, flexible, transparent coating that protects all basecoats. It forms a protective barrier that resists U.V. penetration and protects the colors from fading. It extends the lifespan of the substrate by protecting it from oxidation, corrosion and infiltration by free radicals. CLEARCOAT FP is a two component coating. Its exceptional toughness and flexibility is the result of the reaction between a fluoropolymer resin and a polyurethane hardener prior to application.

POLAROOF RAC-OZ is a solar reflective, urethane, waterproof coating that harnesses the unequaled performance characteristics of superior oxazolidone (OZ) technology. This exceptional coating is intended for areas where a combination of high strength, chemical and oil resistance, and a totally waterproof surface are required. The key component in POLAROOF RAC-OZ is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® and Factory Mutual Research Corporation®.

ROOFDX COPPER is an extremely tough, metallic, rubber-like, waterproofing coating that, being made with copper flakes, has a very attractive copper finish that will actually patina. This remarkable “liquid copper” coating can be used over all common roofing substrates and will give the appearance of copper sheet roofing at a fraction of the cost. Just like copper sheet, ROOFDX COPPER will develop a classic green patina, or may be sealed with Clearcoat 44 to maintain its new appearance.

ROOFDX GOLD is an extremely tough, rubber-like, waterproofing coating that has a stunning golden finish with exceptional elasticity. This remarkable “liquid gold” coating can be used over all common roofing substrates and will give a golden, metallic, rich luster to the roof at a fraction of the cost of gold leaf. ROOFDX GOLD may be sealed with a topcoat of CLEARCOAT 44 to provide an extra shiny, brilliant appearance and preserve the bright finish otherwise a natural patina will develop in time.

ROOFDX SL is a silicon-modified, aliphatic polyurethane coating that is extremely tough, flexible, and durable. The appearance of ROOFDX SL is similar to lead coated copper but does not contain any lead. ROOFDX SL is used as a finish coat over Andek products such as Polaroof NW, Polaroof RAC, and RoofdX Super, and in situations where the greatest similarity to lead coated copper is required, it may be used over RoofdX Copper. ROOFDX SL combines a unique mineral, micaceous iron oxide, with a blend of flaked metals including stainless steel to produce a dense complex barrier coating to protect against weathering, corrosion and chemical degradation. The surface of ROOFDX SL develops a silicon hammer finish which is extremely damage resistant and prevents dirt retention.

POLAROOF AC is a premium quality, waterproof, tough, elastic coating with unique properties that extend the lifespan of most roofs. The technology behind the formulation of this material uses acrylic chemistry and advanced mineral design to create a composite coating that forms a shield to protect against water penetration, corrosion and stress fatigue from thermal cycling. Long-term waterproofing is maintained by tenacious adhesion to the substrate and flexibility over a wide temperature range without cracking at low temperatures or melting or flowing at high temperatures.

SILVER FILM is a single component, liquid applied, bright aluminum solar reflective coating that will maintain its reflective qualities for many years. It is a high solids, thermoplastic resin based product that maintains superior adhesion to most metals as well as asphaltic, or coal tar pitch roofs. SILVER FILM is highly effective for either pitched or flat surfaces where ponded water conditions occur. SILVER FILM is significantly different to other aluminum colored roof coatings. It contains no asphalt, no fillers and uses high quality automotive grade flake pigment. At 3.5 pounds of aluminum metal flake per gallon it produces a layer of protective metal composite that can provide 7 to 10 years of protection in a single coat.

POLAROOF NW­­™ is a high-quality single-component waterproofing coating for metal roofs, concrete decks, and ponded-water roofs. Because it is solventbased, it can be used in a wide temperature range. POLAROOF NW­­™ can be used as a vapor barrier in cold storage applications. It is intended for long-term flexibility and toughness, as well as the ability to bridge and move with hairline cracks and resist impingement attack.

CLEARCOAT FP™ is a fluoropolymer coating and sealer that is clear. It creates a tough, glossy, longlasting, and chemically resistant surface. CLEARCOAT FP™ is suitable for use as a clear, tough gloss coat over approved substrates.
