Andur 9-APF-LM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 89 to 92 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 9500 APLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing 0.1% or less free TDI monomer. An elastomer with a hardness of 95 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 9500 APLF with polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur 1-75 DP is a polyether based liquid isocyanate-terminated prepolymer. Andur 9002-APTF is a low viscosity liquid prepolymer which can be processed and cured at room temperature with Curene 107 using Oleic acid catalyst to yield an elastomer with a hardness of 88 to 90 Shore A. This system has been specifically formulated to yield a tack-free film in about 60 minutes when catalyzed to a 6 to 8 minute pot life.Andur 9002-APTF is recommended where room temperature processing and curing is desired and a tack-free film within about 60 minutes. If an application does not require a tack-free film, then we recommend using Andur RT 9002 AP.

Andur M-95 AS is a custom formulated MDI based polyurethane elastomer system. It is designed as a low cost, easily processed candidate for use in dunnage applications. M-95 AS is a two component, 1:1 ratio (weight) system that can be processed at room temperature and yields a 95 Shore A elastomer. The system needs no post cure and contains no TDI.

Andur 9000-AS is a two-component liquid urethane system which can be processed at room temperature to yield an eastomer with a hardness of 90 to 92 Shore A.Andur 9000-AS is recommended where ease of processing is desired.

Andur 850-AP is the result of several years of research to develop a high performance moderate cost prepolymer for the cast urethane industry. This product is a polyester/polyether TDI terminated coprepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 84 to 86 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 8-5APLS is a polyester based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed for optimum solvent resistance. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 83-86 can be obtained when Andur 8-5APLS is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of 53-56 Shore A durometer hardness can be obtained when cured with Curene 49.

Andur AL80-5AP is a polyether (PTMG) based prepolymer terminated with an aliphatic isocyanate to improve color stability, hydrolytic stability, and give longer pot life.

An elastomer with a hardness of 81 to 84 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442, other diamines or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur AL80-5AP is a polyether (PTMG) based prepolymer terminated with an aliphatic isocyanate to improve color stability, hydrolytic stability, and give longer pot life.

Andur RT 9002 AP is a low viscosity liquid prepolymer which can be processed and cured at room temperature with Curene 107 to yield an elastomer with a hardness of 88 to 92 Shore A. This system has a extended potlife of about 25 minutes that can be adjusted using oleic acid catalyst.Andur RT 9002 AP is recommended where room temperature processing and curing is desired with minimal elastomer shrinkage.
