- It can be widely used in different types of paper glazing surface treatment process.
- Suitable for on-line varnish or varnish by glazing machine after printing.
- Application and Guide
- It can be used directly, the viscosity can be adjusted by adding water according to the performance and environment of the final product.
- Drying method: It can be dried by infrared drying, hot air or heating tube. During the operation of the drying equipment, the temperature is not lower than 70°C.
- The varnish consumption depends on the paper quality and gloss requirements. Generally, the online glazing is 2-5g/m2, and the offline glazing is 3-7g/m2.
- Please test sample first before mass production. Due to factors are different such as the use environment and conditions.
