Identification & Functionality

Features & Benefits

Product Highlights
  • Exceeds performance of similar coatings of this type for adhesion and longevity. Its brilliant white finish not only beautifies, but reflects up to 90% of the sun’s rays lowering heat buildup and reducing air conditioning costs.
  • Stays brighter longer since it contains a fungicide to resist mildew growth on the product film.
  • Great for mobile home roof protection. Roofs must have adequate pitch to allow water to run off.

Applications & Uses

Application Method
Compatible Substrates & Surfaces
Application
  • Do not thin product, apply at package consistency.
  • Do not apply if the threat of rain is imminent or if the air/surface temperature is expected to be below 50º F within the first 24 hours of application or if the humidity is above 95%.
  • If the roof is hot or day is windy, apply a mist-spray with water just before application to avoid sealer from drying too fast. Two or three full coats at the rate of 80 sq. ft. per gallon are needed for proper sealing.
  • Apply each coat perpendicular to the last.
  • Apply with roller or airless sprayer.
  • Airless pump set at 1,500 to 2,000 psi delivering 1 to 2 gallon per minute using spray tip of .026-.035.
  • The hose should be at least 3/8” diameter with gun filters removed. Allow 24 hours between coats.

Cleanup : Roller covers and spray equipment can be cleaned with soap and water.

Directions For Use and Surface Preparation
  • All surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, dust, rust, mildew and other surface contaminants.
  • Remove contaminants by sandblasting, high-pressure water blasting or mechanical methods.
  • Rinse with water and let dry completely. Substrate must be dry at time of applying primer and subsequent coating.
