Applications

Apcoflex® N287 has excellent low temperature flexibility, moderate oil resistance, good compression set resistance and easy processing. N287 is intended to be used in applications where the requirement for flexibility at sub-freezing temperatures is greater than that can be achieved with medium ACN (33%) grades like N747 or high ACN grades such as N386. It is mainly used in the manufacture of hydraulic and automotive Hoses where high physicals are desired. Also finds useful in specialty Footwear and Automotive molded goods etc.
