We are the team that successfully developed and commercialized the process of making barley protein isolate from Brewers’ Spent Grain. That process, now being scaled by a partner, was our first step developing a more sustainable and resilient food supply. In 2020 we formed Apparo LLC to continue to develop technologies that have a significant positive impact on the global food supply and sustainability. We are on a mission to provide exceptional protein and micro nutrients to food and nutrition companies all over the world!
