This product may be applied over most roofing materials such as metal seams, BUR, Modified Asphalt Membranes, Single-Plies (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Hypalon), butyl tape and polyester.
- Application
Surface to be treated must be clean and dry. If necessary, remove all dirt, grease, loose debris and residue before applying. Do not apply over moisture in or on roof deck. Liquid TPO® Bio Seam Sealer may be applied with a brush or extruded. Apply evenly at a surface temperature of 35° F or greater. When applying to thermoplastics, concrete, or other masonry surfaces, use a recommended primer.
