LIQUID TPO® BIO Stain Blocker is used as a blocker/sealer over asphalt products before the white finish coat is applied. It may be applied to metal and thermoplastic membranes. Apply over all cured asphalt-based products.
- Application
Surface to be treated must be clean and dry. Do not apply over moisture in or on roof deck. For best results, apply with a sprayer at a rate of 2-4 gallons per 100 square feet and wait 24 hours before applying top coat. Apply evenly at a surface temperature of 35°F or greater. If there is bleed through after the first pass, apply another pass of LIQUID TPO® BIO Stain Blocker.
