The thermoplastic polymers can be modified by the addition of particular products in order to impart the most appropriate technical characteristics to specific applications: fillers (talc, calcium carbonate, fibers or wood dust, glass spheres), reinforcements (glass fibers, carbon fibers), modifiers (elastomer or rubber) and other (molybdenum disulfide, Teflon®, special fibers). Through “COMPOUNDING” you can therefore increase certain material properties (mechanical, thermal, tribological, physical).
