- Product Information
- Avipel’s active ingredient is 9,10-anthraquinone (AQ). This is a natural organic chemical found in many species such as greater plantains and sennas.
- Avipel triggers a reaction in birds’ guts when birds consume treated corn seeds without causing any harm. Birds that have eaten Avipel-treated seeds and their flocks very quickly learn to avoid these seeds and start to look for other food sources.
